We will use MethodKit for Sustainable Organisations to explore how organizations work today and to envision their future scenarios.

This hands-on session will focus on crafting future worlds and ideating systems, services, and strategies within. We will share tools and create a common language around the uncertainties we face today. As a starting point, we will use MethodKit, a tangible, physical tool to help audit sustainability challenges in business. We then will further explore trends and signals of change to establish small narratives around the consequences of our behaviours today and their manifestation over time. Participants will get to test perspectives around these futures and will engage to ideate and develop responses. We will help businesses face future challenges, create strategies to future-proof organizations, or ideate a roadmap leading to better tomorrows.

What you gain?

  • Try practical, tangible tools for team engagement.
  • Learn how to audit the current state of sustainability within organizations.
  • Try out the basic strategic foresight tools.
