At the reception desk of the III PPNT Gdynia building. Our volunteers will answer all questions about the GDD program and accompanying events. Do not hesitate to ask !

Lectures on July 2 and July 7 will be available online on the GDD stage. To access them, you must create an account My GDD.

Participation in GDD is free (some have a limited number of places). The exceptions are the events of the Design talks Business Sustainability Summit. To take part in them, you need to create an account My GDD and purchase a selected package. For events at the Gdynia City Museum and the Emigration Museum, you must download free tickets (ask at the box office).

Not only. You will also find our exhibitions and events in the city. Among others, at GCF, the Gdynia City Museum, Willa Wincent, Galeria Punkt and Traffic Design. Detailed locations can be found on the festival map.

Not all, but some. The events are available only to logged-in festival participants, so you need to create a My GDD account first. All information about registration can be found on the website of a specific event.

It is very easy. Follow the instructions:
1. Go to www.gdyniadesigndays.eu.
2. Click the My GDD tab.
3. Complete the form. Remember to mark the required consents.
4. Done! You have access to GDD events.

By creating an account, you become part of the GDD community.
But that's not all.
1. Create a personalized calendar – an action plan thanks to which you will not forget anything.
2. You will check detailed information about exhibitions and events – all data gathered in one place.
3. Buy tickets for paid business events – permanent access to order history.
4. Join the newsletter – a regular dose of new information.
5. You will receive a package of virtual gadgets – podcasts, e-books, guides, playlists, files for printing.
6. You will gather knowledge and inspiration – access to the account throughout the year allows you to return to the festival after its end.

No way! Registration is voluntary and free of charge – and makes you part of the festival community.

Make sure that you use the same e-mail address to which you received the registration confirmation to log in. You can also reset your password and create a new one.

Don’t worry – just click “password reminder” and provide your e-mail address. You’ll quickly get an e-mail and recover access to your account.

Yes, you can use your account on your computer, tablet and phone. Whichever you prefer.

Of course, you can do it at any time. If you want to remove your My GDD account, contact us at info@centrumdesignu.gdynia.pl. We’ll write you back with the exact date when your account is deactivated.

ONLINE
Select the GDD scene tab if you want to see broadcast lectures. The events take place according to the schedule on the website www.gdyniadesigndays.eu.

Yes, we provide simultaneous English translation for all lectures held in Polish.
Change the language by clicking the PL/EN icon at the top of the page.

Registration for guided walks is required through the My GDD account. The number of places is limited. Walks start from various locations in Gdynia – a specific place is indicated on the event website. The walks are conducted in Polish, one also in Ukrainian. The walks last about 2 hours. The routes also include stairs down and up. If you are a person with limited traffic, please let us know in advance, we will try to adapt to your needs.

All information about the business part can be found in the Business tab. Select the "Business" button on the home page or go to this tab through the Main Menu on the top right. There you will also find many interesting articles and materials that are updated throughout the year.

Follow the instructions:
1. Log in to the My GDD account, if you do not have one yet – register.
2. In the Business tab, select the package you are interested in and add it to the basket.
3. Fill in the form with your details or company details.
4. Select the form of the purchase confirmation – a bill or a VAT invoice. Remember that invoicing is only possible at the time of purchase.
5. Make a payment via Przelewy24 – only payments from accounts maintained within the EU are accepted, all transaction costs are on your side.
6. The history of your payments will be saved in the My GDD account.

Yes. When making the payment, you can choose your preferred purchase confirmation – a receipt or a VAT invoice. In order to get an invoice, you need to tick the “Company Order” box and provide your tax ID number when making the purchase.

No, the tickets are not refundable. You can make someone else happy and donate your ticket to another person. Let us know about it by writing us at info@centrumdesignu.gdynia.pl.

Your order history is recorded in your My GDD account. You have permanent access to it. Access to events is also possible from your My GDD calendar.

You’ll find links and access codes on our website. They’ll be published on the website of the given film every day.

Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia is adapted to the needs of disabled people and people with wheelchairs.

There is a paid underground car park in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia. The entrance is behind the buildings of PPNT Gdynia, from the SKM side.

The main festival center is located in the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia at al. Zwycięstwa 96/98, 81-451 Gdynia.
The main festival center can be easily reached by SKM, bus, trolleybus, car and even by bike.
