The way that we design the clothes, what materials and components we use will determine to a large extent the product's impact on the environment.

By designing with a circularity in mind, we can make a shift towards a more sustainable fashion industry.  We need to start thinking about the entire product lifecycle, not just about the usage time. Currently, only 1 percent of the textiles in the world are recycled. This is because there is no technology that is massively applicable and that would make the recycling process profitable. The brand's experts will share knowledge not only about how to design clothes that can be worn longer, but also to look for partnerships that enable the closure of the clothes cycle. You will also learn how to consciously select materials and components that enable recycling of clothes

Lecture organized in cooperation with LPP.
