Karolina creates and develops a sustainability strategy, encompassing inclusive workplace, pro bono activities, business ethics and environmental impact. She works together with NGOs and builds partnerships for social change, i.a. Tech To The Rescue. Karolina has 15 years of track record in social responsibility and sustainable development. She honed her professional skills working for Danone, Capgemini and numerous NGOs. She has been twice a laureate of People who changed business, a title awarded by the Responsible Business Forum (Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu).
