Dominika Wojcieszek

A graduate of the University of Gdańsk and San Francisco State University. Her diverse experience includes paleooceanographic research, research laboratory management, palaeontology and diving volunteers, research cruises, developing and conducting marine education classes and workshops, appearing on radio and television. She co-wrote publications on the methods of maritime education and a short book for children entitled "Underwater journeys". She is a huge fan of the environment, and while many parts of it do not need to be experienced firsthand, she does her best to help preserve them for future generations. Currently, he is professionally involved in the protection of marine ecosystems in a project for the protection of sea mammals and birds run by the WWF Poland Foundation. Outside of work, she is a Member of the Board of the European Marine Science Educators Association and is the Founder and President of the Board of the Tygrysie Lilie Foundation, which works for sustainable development.
