PROTO TYPY design studios is a place that integrates the creative energy of local designers. It is a community of people from the seaside.
Hi! This is us PROTO TYPY design studios! We create a place that combines various creative fields, specialists and technologies. We are like a creative cocktail prepared from the best ingredients by passionate people. We co-create specialized and well-equipped workshops such as – Carpentry, Locksmith, Ceramics or 3D Printing. We share our knowledge and experience with uninterrupted joy. We are bursting with pride when new projects, concepts and ideas are created under our roof. We operate locally and support Tri-City designers, craftsmen and creators. PROTO TYPY is a whole sea of completed projects. Check it out yourself!
During the exhibition "The Sea of Ideas" as a part of Gdynia Design Days 2022, we will show you the completed furniture designs of students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk from the Faculty of Interior Design. We will also present you the achievements of our Residents who joined PROTO TYPY design studios and with our support carry out their projects, first collections or small production lines. We will also introduce you to the details of the GLËNA project, which was carried out under the roof of our design studios and is a collection of utility ceramics designed and created by local artists in the context of our region.
The main activity of PROTO TYPY design studios is sharing of knowledge and passion for craftsmanship. It is a place that integrates the creative energy of local designers. It is a community of people from the seaside. PROTO TYPY operates in the prototype premises of the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park Gdynia.
